A LETTER FROM THE LEAD INSTRUCTOR
Why we built the program we always wanted to take.
For more than two decades, my work has lived at the meeting point of four worlds: professional coaching, clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, and the contemplative traditions. I have trained tens of thousands of educators across Latin America, taught at the United Nations University for Peace, accompanied leaders on every continent, and sat with people in the deepest states of inner inquiry.
And one question kept returning. Why are coach training programs always split into pieces?
Coaching skills, here. Hypnotherapy, somewhere else. NLP in another track. Wisdom and contemplative practice — when they appear at all — treated as a soft afterthought. Yet the human being in front of us is not split that way. We are conscious and subconscious. We are language and image. We are body, mind, and something larger than both.
So, in partnership with Matthew Brownstein and the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, we built the program I always wanted to take. An ICF Level 1 accredited path that does not ask you to choose between rigor and depth, between profession and vocation, between science and soul.
It is, to our knowledge, the only one of its kind in the world.

THE ARCHITECTURE OF THE PROGRAM

i. THE CONSCIOUS
ICF Level 1 — the global standard.
Foundational coaching skills, ethics, mentor coaching, and performance evaluation, meeting the rigorous, internationally respected requirements of the International Coaching Federation. You graduate ready to apply for ACC credentialing and join a network of elite coaching professionals worldwide.
ii. THE SUBCONSCIOUS
Hypnotherapy from the IIH lineage.
An estimated ninety-five percent of human behavior originates below the threshold of conscious awareness. Through the lineage of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy founded by Matthew Brownstein, you learn to work where transformation actually takes hold — with the deep architecture of memory, belief, and identity.
iii. THE LINGUISTIC
Master-level NLP.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming as the structure of subjective experience: reframing, anchoring, modeling excellence, and transforming the inner dialogue of the people you serve. Not as a bag of techniques, but as a coherent grammar of human change — woven directly into your coaching practice.
iv. THE TRANSPERSONAL
Happytalism & Fundamental Peace.
The philosophical ground beneath all of it. A worldview drawn from the seven dimensions of flourishing, the Gross Global Happiness framework taught at the UN University for Peace, and the contemplative traditions. Coaching here is not only a profession. It is a path of service in the larger movement toward a free, conscious, and happy humanity.
